Integrapak has a permanent engineering team, covering the UK. Our engineers have various backgrounds and expertise, enabling them to specialise in key areas and systems. They are highly trained and experienced on Volpak Machinery.
In order to maintain machine efficiencies and help reduce costs, some forms of structured and ongoing maintenance programmes are essential, particularly where machinery is heavily relied upon for producing company revenue.
We strongly believe that the financial benefits of routine servicing tailored to the volume of production from your machine, far outweigh the ostensible savings of avoiding it.
Standard 6/12 Month Inspection Programme:
Preventative maintenance and performance review for all Volpak Machinery within the UK, includes:
Full Machine Inspection:
• Review of running times, hours and product overview.
• Module breakdown, listing and group inspections.
• Line operation and general overview of usage.
• Operator assistance and instruction on routine troubleshooting.
• Problem solving and maximising output.
Module and Part Inspection:
• Estimating wear and life expectancy.
• Drawing of parts replacement programme (if required).
• New and old parts review.
• Output review
Engineering & Maintenance:
• Parts and module ‘refurbishment’ with a clean and test.
Report:
• Parts and machine performance.
• Recommended parts listings.
